三 | 　　当天举行的“数据价值化 我们在行动”第五场新闻发布会上，国家数据局副局长陈荣辉表示，这批场景申报数量创下历史新高，交通运输、社会管理、医疗健康、应急管理等重点领域占比较高达到32%，充分说明深化公共数据资源开发利用，已成为各部门、各地方的广泛共识和迫切需求。　　当前，人工智能技术加速演进，极大激发了公共数据资源开发利用的需求，深化公共数据资源开发利用，是推动人工智能发展的先决条件和坚实基础。　　据介绍，第五批场景较前四批较好呈现出公共数据与社会数据、企业数据等多源数据深度融合的显著特征，特别在农业、气象、经济等领域数据融合应用需求突出，数据供给多样性持续提升。如在气象领域，将基础观测、雷达、卫星遥感等多源数据深度融合，有力支撑低空经济、防灾减灾等应用需求，大幅提升了灾害预警和风险防控能力。　　陈荣辉表示，全国一体化公共数据资源登记持续推进。截至目前，已登记的数据资源、产品和服务超30万项，覆盖全部国民经济97个大类。未来将通过示范场景建设为牵引，推动重点行业领域公共数据资源开发利用。协助各部门跑通公共数据资源开发利用全流程，进一步挖掘行业数据价值，助力行业高质量发展。
